Visit DoubleTree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro on Friday 20 April 2018 for a special evening with the hotel's celebrity chef, Nick Nairn. He's joined by best buddy and famed Ulster chef, Paul Rankin, as they regale the audience with witty food banter and juicy tales from their culinary travels! They’ve even crafted the perfect three-course menu based on dishes from their recent Big Canadian Food Trip, airing soon on STV.

Join us for only £49 per person. The night includes;
