Day Retreat: Living Well in Difficult Times

About Day Retreat: Living Well in Difficult Times

Being on 'retreat' from our everyday activities provides an opportunity to dip into ideal conditions for practice and to spend quality time with ourselves and our spiritual friends.

On our first one-day retreat, there will be meditation, dharma talks and discussions exploring the various ways in which we can practice living well in difficult times.

This event is open to all our regulars and anyone who is interested in learning more about Pragmatic Buddhism as mindfulness and core Buddhist teachings made meaningful for today's world.

In order to cover the cost of room hire, we need to charge a fee. The recommended amount is £10 but if you cannot afford to pay the full amount then please feel free to give what you can.

Please bring a veggie/vegan contribution for a shared lunch. Refreshments will be provided.

For more information, please get in touch by reply email or message us at Facebook.com/pbstirling

We meet every Monday evening 6pm-8pm at Transition Stirling, Stirling Arcade FK8 1AX. New members always welcome.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Day Retreat: Living Well in Difficult Times are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
