It’s Pilates, but with heat - you'll feel like a supple gymnast, rather than a frozen icicle! Join us for a full body workout with added heat. During winter our muscles are tight and stiff and blood flow is slower, taking longer to warm up the body for a workout. A heated class allows you to get into the flow quicker and easier.
The room will be warm and the workout is a unique flowing Pilates class that will start slow, with all the basic moves and build to some of the more challenging Pilates Classical Mat routines.
You will get to explore new movement patterns that challenge your strength, balance and flexibility.
Our Hot Pilates session is perfect for all you curious, playful and adventurous beings. Be ready to open your mind and move.
Hot Pilates is presented by Sabrina Simpson, a Second Generation Master Teacher and Educator trained by Internationally Acclaimed first generation teacher Lolita San Miguel.
Sabrina's Pilates qualifications also include: Body Control Pilates Matwork, with recognition as a Master Mat Teacher. She also has the Body Control Reformer Certificate, Cadillac Certificate, Chair Certificate, Pregnancy 1 & 2, Pilates for Children Foundation, Pilates for Children Ages 12-16, Pilates for Bone Health (Osteoporosis), Pilates for Golf & Aerial Pilates.
As well as her Pilates qualifications Sabrina recently attained her Yoga Teacher Certificate while living in Rishikesh India.
