Six Week Sunday Mindfulness Course

About Six Week Sunday Mindfulness Course

It's a new year! Christmas is over, Hogmanay is over. Many of us feel flat and tired. You might feel depressed or anxious, because after all the festivities you are now having to face grey winter days, daily drudgery and possibly financial stresses, because you have spent to much money. You might have started with some great new years resolutions, only to find that you are unable to keep them going for long. The first few months of a new year can be a really miserable time! Maybe you wonder: Is there more to life than this?
Well, you might want to have a look at Mindfulness!

Mindfulness is a fantastic tool to help you with anxiety, depression and not feeling in control of your life. Give yourself the gift of calm that comes with learning how to be mindful!

The benefits of mindfulness are that you can:

Reduce stress and anxiety
Have better sleep
Feel more in control
Feel calm and composed
Enjoy your life more
Improve your relationships
Experience less depression

My name is Britta Schuessler and I am a Mindfulness Teacher and Psychotherapist. If you want to experience a new way of living book onto my next Mindfulness course. To maximise your personal learning, the number of participants is limited to 6 people.

This is what people say, who have done a mindfulness course with me:

Britta shows empathy and understanding as she gently guides the group through the Mindfulness exercises with a quiet authority. It felt safe to comment and ask questions. Mindfulness is suitable for all ages. Britta's course has enriched my life and with practice can bring some calm and understanding into our busy lives and minds. The handouts and emailed exercises are excellent for future reference and practice. I highly recommend Britta's Mindfulness course. (Pam, December 2018)
