Step in to discover a traditional pub of unique character, revered for its eclectic range of real ales and its quality pub food, which are served, as they should be, with a generous measure of famous British hospitality.
The Granary was historically a hub for tram cars until 1962. Our walls are still adorned with the metal rosettes that carried the electric cables that powered the trams. Nearby is Queen's Park, the oldest park on the south side of the city, and the imposing Langside Halls. The halls were originally built in 1847 in Queen Street as The National Bank of Scotland and later moved to their present site stone by stone.
The Granary is one of many rare gems in the Mitchell & Butlers collection of great British pubs, reputed for their distinctive buildings, intriguing history and vibrant atmosphere.
October's rooftop hideaway is the perfect place to escape after a long day at the office or stressful days shopping. You can expect ice-cold cocktails, laid back brunches and plenty of PINK.
