Postponed from the Bicentenary in 2020 (for obvious reasons!), this Exhibition mounted by Balfron Heritage Group traces the rise and demise of the 1820 Radical Insurrection in and around Balfron.
It follows events from the Insurrection's precursor of 1819's Manchester "Peterloo Masscare" through to the unexpected inclusion of one of the highest positions in the U.S.Government of the time (... but we won't spoil that!).
