Welcome the New Year in sparkling style with our Hogmanay Party and Stay package.
Arrive from 2pm and take advantage of our stunning grounds with a leisurely walk around the picturesque grounds or simply relax in the comfort of our hotel bar before getting ready to party in style.
Join us for dinner at 7.30pm for a delicious four course meal, followed by our live ceilidh band. A lone piper signals the New Year in traditional Scottish style as you welcome in 2025 with a complimentary glass of fizz, then it's back to the dance floor with classic tunes and chart topping tracks from our resident DJ until 2am.
Enjoy a lie-in on New Year's Day, then head down for a full Scottish breakfast before checking out at lunchtime.
Your Hogmanay Party includes:
• Sparkling drinks reception with canapés
• Three course meal with tea, coffee and tablet to finish
• Ceilidh
• Sparkling wine toast and piper at midnight
• Disco until 2am
• Accommodation in a Classic Room with full Scottish breakfast and late check-out

• Adult £75

• Adults £175 each (based on 2 sharing)

Hogmanay Menu
To start...
Butternut squash and sweet potato soup finished with crispy kale
and a garlic and thyme croute
Haggis and tatties tian with neep crisps, crispy pancetta
and a whisky peppercorn sauce
Smoked salmon and crayfish tail salad with baby leaves, lime
and a bloody Mary dressing
Main course...
Scottish fillet of beef Wellington encased with mushroom duxelles
and flakey puff pastry, served with truffle fondant potato and a rich beef and red wine jus
Pan seared Outer Hebrides salmon served with crushed new potatoes with chive oil and a tomato and fennel butter sauce
Heritage beets risotto finished with crumbled feta, beetroot gel, hazelnuts and golden beetroot string
All of our main courses are served with buttered spinach, purple carrot and fine French beans
Dessert...
Rich chocolate truffle mousse with white chocolate
and whisky coffee cream served with chocolate chards and raspberry puree
Glazed coconut and mango baked cheesecake
served with mango and passionfruit
