The format will consist of 6 carefully selected wines matched to a delicious 6 course menu, specially prepared by the Orangery's Head Chef.
Give the timing of the event there will be a focus on Scottish produce and there will be some unusual wines and pairings to challenge the palette. You will learn about the wines and why they have been paired with each course.
The event will start at 7pm prompt and should finish around 9.45pm. It promises to be a fun interactive evening with a quiz and prizes.
Subject to availability it may be possible for participating guests to stay the night. Please see availability of rooms at www.victoriasquare.scot.
