Fresh Ayr Folk Fest

About Fresh Ayr Folk Fest

Calling all music lovers, and fun-seekers! The Fresh Ayr Folk Fest is hurtling into Ayr Town Centre from August 9th to 11th, 2024.

Imagine 3 days of Folk, World, and Roots music filling the air and raising the roofs, with over 30 top-notch artists from Scotland and beyond gracing the stage. Think foot-stomping fiddle tunes, soulful ballads, and infectious grooves that’ll have you dancing like nobody’s watching.

But wait, there’s more! The festival is packed with workshops where you can learn new tunes, swap stories with music lovers, and maybe even try your hand (or voice) at a new instrument. Get ready for lively pub sessions, a festival club and a silent ceilidh—laughter, music, and craic guaranteed!

So, whether you’re a die-hard folk fan or just looking for a fun weekend getaway, the Fresh Ayr Folk Fest is the place to be. Don’t miss out on this celebration of music and culture!
