This one-day course is a great introduction to green woodworking methods to make furniture. You'll learn how to use hazel round wood to make a rustic stool, using traditional tools and techniques.
You'll get to use a shavehorse, drawknife, hand drills and tennon cutters to make the different components, and then be guided through the process of cutting, drilling and assembling the frame, and weaving the stool seat.
At the end of the workshop you'll have a stool to be proud of and some new skills!
And just think how great it would look next to a hand made bench!
