Stirling Karate Club is one of Scotland longest established martial arts groups, celebrating it's 50th Anniversary in 2023.

The demos will feature techniques from basic to advanced. All members of the club, from recent beginner to Black Belt will be participating and showing off the skills they have acquired. The club's membership ranges from 10 years to 70+ years
The demo will last about 20 minutes and, following on, there will be a 40 minute introductory class, This will feature some of the skills shown in the demo and will be a chance for people to experience the challenge and fulfillment that Karate can provide in terms of self-confidence and lifelong fitness. The class is guaranteed to be non-strenuous and suitable for all ages, and is also free.
