Ashtanga yoga is a set sequence of poses. When practiced regularly it can create a strong and toned body and can help deal with stress.
Our beginners course is an introduction to this incredible system.
We will guide through the basics of the breath (Ujiya breathing) and the movement that constitute the Ashtanga yoga primary series.
The group is very small, meaning that we can personalize your yoga experience.
Our teachers are highly experienced, passionate in their teaching approach and are very dedicated to the Ashtanga practice.
Additional Dates: 30 September 2024, 07 October 2024
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
