The group supports women with a learning disability and/or autism that have or are experiencing domestic abuse. Central Advocacy Partners support's their advocacy partners to regain control of their life, to build themselves back up after what may have been the darkest period in their life. CAP are there to stand beside them, listen to and believe them and to fight for what is right. We will come together to celebrate their courage and flow with hope and kindness.
An hour long breath led, mindful flow with the opportunity to stay for a cuppa and chat. All are welcome.
