They’re for those who worry about holding others back, for those who love being outdoors but who worry they aren’t fast or fit enough.

A qualified and insured mountain guide will meet you at the start of the day and look after route finding and safety throughout the day, letting you take in the views, chat to others in the group, and not have to worry about anything other than putting one foot in front of the other. You will also received a list of what to bring and advice on sourcing kit if you are missing anything.

Key information:

- Start/finish at Rowardennan, . There is a charge for parking (currently £5 for an all day ticket). There isn't any public transport to the start but a lift can be arranged from Glasgow, Milngavie or Drymen; please get in touch or make a note at time of booking)
- 9am to 5pm with plenty of breaks
- Distance: 12km and 990 metres of ascent
- Terrain: Clear path with some rocky sections
- Women only
