Caroline is a professional performer who has danced for Hollywood films, West End shows and Sadlers Wells. A fully qualified L3 Personal Trainer and certified Sleek Technique instructor, Caroline's community dance classes combine strength and elegance in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Caroline also runs hinidas personal fitness who provide expert one-to-one coaching, creating bespoke full-body conditioning programmes to
enable and empower individuals to improve and develop physical fitness, nutritional health and well-being.
