Stirling Books is a second-hand book shop situated in the heart of Scotland in the historic city of Stirling, home to Robert the Bruce and William Wallace!
WINNER of the “Book Shop of the Year” award at the Independent Retail Awards in 2016 and 2017!
We specialise in rare and antiquarian second-hand books, Scottish Cultural Press books and Zimbabwean hand-made pottery.
We have a sale now on which means all books with a yellow sticker are only £2.50!
We currently stock around 10,000 books of various genres such as Scottish, Religious and Philosophical, History, International History, Literature, Educational, Fiction, Biography and much more!
*News* Our Scottish section has now been expanded to 4 bookcases, and our new coffee machine makes a splendid cup of joe!
We offer a wide range of services from internet access to barista coffee.
The book shop also plays host to book signings and charity events occasionally.
Comfortable seating is an important part to a rustic bookshop experience so why not take a seat on our shop sofa, order a coffee and relax with a good book!
In the future we might be hosting creative writing groups and book clubs, open to all!
