Stirling Festival of Cycling and Walking is back for 2019, with a fun filled day of free activities for the whole family to enjoy. The annual event, organised by Stirling Active Travel Hub, will take place at Stirling High School on Sunday 11 August from 10am - 4pm.
Topping the bill are The Clan, Scotland’s cycle stunt team. They’ll perform death-defying stunts, from crazy flips to big drops at 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
There’ll also be lots of opportunities for families to test out their own cycling skills, from taking part in the Pedal for Parkinson’s charity bike ride which kicks off at 8am to tackling bike tracks suitable for kids of all ages.
Families are also encouraged to bring along their own bikes for expert advice and bike safety checks by Recyke-a-Bike’s Dr Bike, to ensure their summer holiday cycling adventures are trouble free.
