Therapy and mindfulness for those who suffer from stress, anxiety, depression or trauma!
Life can feel pretty overwhelming and out of control, if you had bad experiences in the past or trauma that still haunt you. By using therapy or coaching in mindfulness I support and guide you to address these experiences in a safe way so that you can begin to relax and enjoy your life more fully. My practice is in the centre of Stirling within easy reach of Callander, Aberfoyle, Alloa, and Falkirk.
