Situated only a few minutes walk from the city centre, this imposing venue features two main spaces that form the setting for a range of ceremonies, celebrations, conferences and fantastic performances.
The main hall, with its large stage and balcony, has hosted some show stopping performances over the years from the likes of Mark Knophler, Al Murray, Morrissey and many more. Seating a maximum of over 500 across the main floor and balcony, it continues to be the venue of choice for everything from classic concerts and ballet to stand-up comedy and tribute shows.
The main hall is also the perfect setting for conferences, wedding receptions and private celebrations.
In addition to this, the Lesser Hall on the first floor is a smaller space with large windows running the full length of the room. Accommodating up to 100 people for a standing reception, the Lesser Hall is a wonderful setting for drinks receptions and intimate wedding dinners.
The venue boasts a dedicated events team, ready to plan and manage the event along with a range of furniture and audio visual support.
