About Luxury Full - Day Yoga Retreat!
Join us for a day dedicated to you!
Our Luxury full day retreat includes:
Ashtanga yoga, Pranayama ( breathing techniques), a Sound bath and ( optional) Wild swimming.
We will welcome in the Spring with a dynamic Ashtanga yoga practice, followed by brunch created by our on – site chef.
After this, let our Sound bath wash over you.
Then, for those that wish, there will be a swim in the Loch.
To close the day, a gentle stretch and Pranayama ( breathing techniques).
I promise you will leave feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.
