Spring into summer with a Family Ceilidh Dance hosted by Stirling Gaelic Choir at the attractive Bridge of Alan Parish Church Hall in Keir Street, Bridge of Allan. The time of 6 pm to 9 pm on the Saturday 11th May is set to ensure even the youngest can come and enjoy our traditional dances. There are plenty of choir members with experience to demonstrate, guide and help any novices, to be sure all get the fun of the Ceilidh. Our aim is to celebrate our traditional music and culture, so hope visitors to Scotland will come along for the experience. Plenty of parking can be found around the Hall.
Music is provided by amazing accordionist Wayne Robertson. There will soft drinks for sale but you are welcome to B.Y.O.B. (no spirits) - glasses provided. The members will provide a buffet supper at the interval, when you may enjoy our Gaelic song too, and you can try your luck in our Raffle. Any funds raised will go towards the Choir activities maintaining Gaelic music, language and culture.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
